This Podcast Incubator is an equitable participatory process for onboarding new content initiatives - allowing for inclusive and effective decision-making.  

The goal is to not only create environment within the greater Bay Area where everyone feels respected, valued and heard --- but to create a platform which allows this community to have a voice in funding those narratives.
